We are looking for an Electrician to join the reactive maintenance division to carry out quality and efficient repairs and upgrades to both unoccupied and occupied properties for a leading social housing provider.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out high quality electrical repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises.
• Using a PDA device to complete time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
• Liaising as necessary with other sections/trades to ensure implementation and completion of repairs and maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
• 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic DBS Check
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
