My client a large property developer based in Brighton is recruiting for an on site maintenance operative, to join them on an ongoing temp basis.

The role includes basic repairs to communal areas and inside the properties and will require carpentry, painting and some plastering skills and ad hoc repairs.
All electrical and plumbing work is carried out by external contractors.
Parking is free onsite
