About Our Client:
Our client is an industry-leading company embarking on an exciting expansion. This growth phase brings increased responsibilities and opportunities within their finance team. They are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-value invoices and streamline the accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:
Process up to 1,000 invoices per month, including high-value invoices and expenses/credit card transactions.

System Utilization:
Currently using Xero, with a transition to Oracle NetSuite planned for next year. Opportunity to contribute to automation and integration improvements.

PO and Authorisation Management:
Ensure all invoices are matched with purchase orders and receive proper authorisation.

Manual Processing:
Handle manual invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Expense Reports:
Manage and reconcile expense reports and credit card statements.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience:
Proven experience in accounts payable.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in financial systems; Familiarity with manual invoice processing as well as automation and integration of financial systems.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-value and large volumes of invoices.

Process Improvement:
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
