Responsibilities Included:

Providing first-line technical support to clients and customers

Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members

Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests

Deliver exceptional customer service

Managing general enquiries
Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
-
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with helpdesk software and other technical tools
