Site Manager - REQUIRED!

Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients.

The Client:
The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK, including many new build housing sites.

The Opportunity:
Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Coventry for a few months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction, specifically Housing.

Duties

As a Site Manager, you will be expected to:

• Project planning and scheduling : Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Supervision of on-site activities : Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordination of subcontractors and trades : Organise and manage different trades to maintain workflow and prevent delays.
• Health and safety enforcement : Ensure all site workers follow safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.
• Progress monitoring and reporting : Track project milestones, assess work quality, and report updates to stakeholders.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work across the midlands; Coventry. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

• MUST have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction, specifically Housing
• MUST have ability to get to sites in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester
• REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
• MUST have working reference
• MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm on a long-term opportunity.

Pay:

Starting rate is from £260 a day.
