Construction Project Management opportunity, at Assistant to PM level, with a highly respected construction consultancy based in the Midlands.

This highly successful firm is independently owned and well established being nearly 25 years in the Construction industry. They have developed, and continue to grow, a varied client base and working primarily on projects in the Private Sector. Current schemes include commercial developments, a large residential / apartment schemes development and and programme of retail developments.

As this firm has quite a lot of new projects at early planning stages, we are looking for an Assistant or Project Manager level individual to join their team, with a focus on pre contract work. You might therefore be either already working as a Construction Project Manager, or from a related discipline such as Architecture, Engineering or Surveying and be looking for an opportunity to move into project management. We are looking for someone who understands the project lifecycle and the development process within the real estate sector.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly experienced team of consultants offering a range of project management, employers agent and quantity surveying services. Team members are based across the Midlands and regularly meet up for team / group get togethers, but also largely work autonomously delivering a high quality service to their clients. You will be joining a strong, highly able and highly professional team of senior consultants who will be able to support you as you gain project management experience.
