The successful candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. We are particularly looking for strong pre-contract expertise, particularly up to RIBA stage 4, to facilitate the successful initiation of projects. You will of course have proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, particularly in housing and regeneration projects, be passionate about delivering high-quality work and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
