MEP Quantity Surveyor - Progression to Commercial Manager

A great opportunity for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable M&E contractor based at their office in Walsall. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with good practical knowledge and sound commercial awareness.

The role of an M&E Quantity Surveyor will involve managing the financial control processes to ensure the commercial success of projects, management of sub-contractor accounts and payments, monthly contract reviews, variation costing and the agreement of final accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in building services engineering.
• BEng in Quantity Surveying.
• Knowledge of JCT / NEC Contracts.
