Mobile Plant Fitter Up to £40,000 + Van + Benefits

Location: Walsall (with nationaltravel to customer sites)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a dynamic and growing operations team as a Mobile Plant Fitter , responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You'll work independently across multiple sites, delivering an efficient and customer-focused service.

What Youll Do

• Service and repair plant equipment on-site and in the workshop

• Attend breakdowns and complete scheduled maintenance

• Maintain accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent

• Manage van stock and raise purchase requests as needed

• Liaise directly with customers and ensure clear communication throughout

• Support depot operations and maintain excellent health & safety standards

What Youll Need

• Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential)

• Strong communication and record-keeping skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK Driving Licence

• (Desirable: NVQ or City & Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence)
