We are currently looking for an experienced M&E Estimator to join our team.

Brith Services Ltd is a family run Mechanical Sub-Contractor based in Waltham Abbey.

As the M&E Estimator you will work within an established estimating team preparing mechanical estimate of values from £100,000 to £5m.

The position is open to range of experience and will be reflected on the salary on offer depending on experience.

The duties and responsibilities of the M&E Estimator include:

· Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.

· Review project drawings and specifications to determine the overall cost.

· Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from mechanical specialists.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options.

· Liaising with other members of the estimating team and project managers to understand project requirements.

· Carry out estimates using electronic packages.

· Develop working relationships with in-house and external design consultants, main contractors, and clients to establish communication paths.

Requirements for this position:

· Experience on Trimble estimating software.

· Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Excellent communication and social skills

· Must be computer literate and competent.

Salary Package includes:

· Pension

· 28 days holiday including bank holidays (with additional holiday after 5 years)

Monday to Friday - 08.00am - 5.00pm
