We have a great opportunity for a Timber Frame Erector to join our team within Vistry Works, working at various locations across the North East and West of England. As our Timber Frame Erector, you will be responsible for installing timber frame superstructures in line with the business plan/programmes, and adhering to group H&S policy, values, culture, and quality standards.

  • More about the Timber Frame Erector role...
    • Ideally experienced in the installation of prefabricated timber frames or having construction carpentry experience, you will operate at the heart of our timber frame business. Reporting to the Timber Frame installation supervisor you will be installing and dressing the timber frames that underpin our quality products.
    • Whilst previous experience is desirable it is not essential, but a practical, hands-on attitude is. An ability to understand assembly drawings and practical experience of using hand tools will be an advantage. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
    • Motivated and able to work as part of a closely functioning team.
    • In this role you will be representing Vistry Works across developments using the Linden, Bovis and Countryside brand.
    • Anyone who believes they fit this brief, has a “can do” attitude, can work as part of a team and wants to join us at this innovating time.
    • You will install the timber frame structure in line with the timber frame designs, specification, Install Manuals following H&S and Quality systems.
    • Feedback and communications to relevant departments on continues improvements.
