Based near Saffron Walden, our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to be made permanent after the assignment, or potentially straight away for the right person. The role is office based 5 days per week at the construction site.
This job would suit a highly organised individual with previous PA/ administration experience to be responsible for supporting the day to day running of a busy office to maximise team efficiency and output, creating an environment for productivity.
The company has experienced exponential growth with a turnover of £400m and plans to significantly grow throughout Europe, the role will provide strategic, commercial advice, including performance reporting to drive effective and sustainable beneficial outcomes in this fast-growing company.
The successful individual will have excellent attention to detail, solid organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. Excellent IT skills, including MS Suite, is essential. This candidate must have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company
