Your new role
Your new role will consist of the following:

• Maintenance of Properties
• Compliance/Inspection Log
• Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance
  
  All training will be provided over a period of 6 months, you will be taught everything you need to be successful in this role.

We can offer you a salary package of up to £40,000 with a car allowance

29 Days Holiday - with an extra day of for any religious holidays

• Someone local to West Molseley
• Charasmatic / Can do attitude
• Some sort of Facilities Backgrounds
