A leading structural steel company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team immediately.

Location: West Yorkshire (with travel to various sites across the UK)
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and Contracts Managers, attend meetings, and review contract commitments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Conduct site inductions, daily reporting, and monitor on-site progress.

Manage subcontractors for quality, performance, and safety.

Conduct Health & Safety audits and resolve any issues affecting project delivery.

Liaise with external organisations and maintain effective client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the steel construction industry.

Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS Certificate.
-
Proficient in Word, Excel, and site processes.
-
Strong communication skills and product knowledge of the steelwork industry.
-
Full UK Driving License required.
