Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Gateperson to join their team in Whitchurch. As a Gateperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include controlling access to the site, directing traffic, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
• Direct and manage on-site traffic to ensure smooth and safe flow.
• Maintain accurate records of all site entries and exits.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with general site duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
