Site Manager - York

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a student accomodation project in York. This will be a refurbishment project involving fire protection, therefore experience in this sector will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• You will be undertaking and setting out duties
• Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
• Management of trades & labour on site
• Holding site meetings
• Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
• Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level

Requirements:

• Site management experience
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• IT skills
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Experiences

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• DBS (Basic) ESSENTIAL
• First Aid
• Fire Warden
• Asbestos Awareness
• NVQ in a trades background (desirable)
